How do credits actually work?
Every action in Genpire — rendering a front view, generating a tech pack, revising a detail — has a transparent credit cost. Your plan refills monthly on the 1st. You always see the cost before you spend.
Do unused credits roll over?
Plan credits reset monthly. Top-up credits, however, never expire — they're yours until you use them.
Can I buy top-up credits without subscribing?
Top-ups are reserved for active subscribers on any plan. Start with Go and scale credits up or down as you need.
What's the difference between the plans?
Credits, support tier, and a handful of advanced features. Every plan includes the core platform — Brand DNA, Try-On Studio, Tech Packs, and Collections. Pro and Super unlock additional capabilities for teams shipping at higher volume.
Can I switch plans later?
Anytime. Upgrade instantly with prorated credits, or downgrade at the end of your billing cycle. No calls, no friction.
How does annual billing work?
You pay for twelve months upfront at a 25% discount. Credits still refill monthly — you just lock in the lower rate for the year.
How does Teams billing work?
Teams is seat-based at $15/seat/month (or $12.75/seat/month billed annually — 15% off). The minimum is 10 seats, so the entry price is $150/mo or $1,530/yr. Each seat includes 5,000 credits per month that pool across the whole team, and credits refresh monthly even on annual billing. Add seats anytime — additions are prorated automatically.
What's a supplier seat?
Suppliers are free, view-only collaborators on a Teams plan — factories, vendors, or external partners you want inside specific projects without paying for a full creator seat. They don't count toward your seat total.
Can I switch from a personal plan to Teams?
Yes. Start a team from your dashboard at any time. Your personal subscription stays separate — cancel it whenever you're ready. Admins can set per-member spending caps and pause individual seats as the team scales.
Is there a larger enterprise plan?
Yes. For enterprise workflows with SSO, custom training, and dedicated success management, talk to our team.
What counts as a "product"?
A fully-specified product with front view, one additional view, construction details, and a tech pack runs ~40-50 credits. Simpler products cost less; more detailed ones more.
